P.M. Matyakubova's scientific activity is versatile and which aims to measure of electrophysical parameters in the production of agricultural grain products and to develop and introduce automated control systems for moisture-heat treatment materials, materials and grain products, the theory and practice of scientific and methodological bases for the implementation of information and measuring equipment. It has undergone initial examination of 4 inventions aimed at measuring material moisture content by the Agency for Intellectual Property of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Metrological characteristics of primary metering parameters of electrophysical parameters of cereal products have been elaborated, their structural and functional schemes are based, estimation of primary data assessment, which allows to eliminate the regular organizer of measurement of electrophysical parameters of cereals, methods of calculation of parameters of change of sensor changes and their mathematical models and the creation of new technologies for reliability recovery is the leader.

The results of the research have been implemented in Uzbekistan and other countries in the design of grain and grain processing problems, thus significantly reducing the measurement errors.

The scientific results provide simultaneous management decisions in the structure of automated control systems that integrate a wide range of technological processes into grain products, providing the required speed, accuracy and reliability of the primary production and technological information in the computer system, design and implementation of scientific and methodological bases.

The practical significance of the work is that the principles, methods and algorithms developed in it are included in the information-measuring system of automated control systems for moisture-heat treatment of grain crops. Comprehensive study of the electrophysical characteristics of friable materials and the processing industries of the agro-industrial complex have been developed to identify the multifunctional relationship between the properties of the "investigated material - electrical parameters", which are necessary to determine the composition and properties of grain products. Increased efficiency of grain processing plants has been achieved, allowing for a full utilization of wet gauge meters, impulse sensors for electrophysical parameters of grain products, a full-time gauge for grain crops, grain quality builder, cotton seeds and wheat moisture moisture content.

Results of scientific researches are introduced in the educational process of the chair "Automation of production processes", "Automation and management" and "Metrology, standardization and certification", the chair "Informatics, automation and control" of TashSTU and Urgench branch of TECI. .Matyakubova supervises more than 35 graduation works 7 master dissertations, more than 160 scientific works have been published in national and international journals, including 6 priprints and 9 teaching manuals. At present, P. Matyakubova has prepared a textbook "Basics of Standardization, Metrology and Quality Management" and a manual for "Theoretical Metrology".

Under the guidance of P.M. Matyakubova, a textbook on the subject "Standardization, Metrology, Quality and Quality Management Basics" in accordance with the IOT - 2012-1-5 Advanced Education Standards for 2012-2013 and the creation of computerized standardized test tasks, an innovative project has been completed. He is now leading a project titled "Technical Regulation Law and its Role in Quality Management and Development of Technical Regulation for Safety of Training Equipment and Equipment for 2014-2015". Also, Galla Altek, the enterprise for 2013-2014, is heading the economic contract "Radiophones of electronic metering, metrology, certification and technical regulation of personality expedition personnel".

In 2012-2014, she has been participating with her students at the Fair of Innovative Ideas, Technical Appraisals and Practical Suggestions. For example, in the 6th International Fair "New technology of automatic moisture metering device for processing of cereal products", "Automatic measuring equipment for grain and grain products", "Improving the way of measurement of moisture content of cotton and cotton products", etc. Ukrainian Academy of Metrology In September 2013, P. Matyakubova was recognized as the real member of the Academy.

During the period of independence, P.M. Matyakubova was prepared to successfully defend doctoral and master's dissertations for many students. PP Matyakubova is a well-known scientist and organizational leader, experienced teacher, Highly qualified humane teacher, his 31 year full - time work on subjects such as "Metrology, Standardization, certification and product quality management" g to serve the people, the development has been steady.
