Cooperation between TSUL and Shirin Energy Technical School is expanding.
In order to ensure the implementation of the Decree of the President of our country No. UP-190 and the order of the rector of our university, Academician Sadritdin Turabdjanov, professors and teachers, headed by the head of the Department of "Metrology, Technical Regulation, Standardization and Certification" of our university P. Matyakubova, visited the Shirin Energy Technical School in the Syrdarya region.
During the visit, they familiarized themselves with the technical school's educational process and its modern material and technical base and laboratories, which have been fundamentally updated thanks to investments from ACWA POWER. Currently, 640 students are studying at this institution in 13 areas, including renewable energy and combined cycle gas turbine.
This cooperation will serve to train high-quality personnel for such large enterprises as the Syrdarya TPP and the Farkhad HPP, as well as to strengthen the integration of higher and vocational education.
