A modern Metrological training and scientific laboratory was established at the Tashkent State Technical University.
March 18, 2026-the solemn opening ceremony of the modern educational and scientific laboratory was held at the Tashkent State Technical University, organized by the cooperation of the technical regulatory agency of Uzbekistan and the ElMetro company of the Russian Federation.
At the opening ceremony, the rector of the University, academician Turabdzhanov Sadritdin Makhamatdinovich, University professor, academician Yusupbekov Nodirbek Rustambekovich, head of Commerce of ELMETRO Gavrilchik Yevgeny Vladimirovich, head of inter-territory Matyokubov Azizbek Komoljonovich, chairman of the Board of Uzkimyosanoat JSC Temirov Odil Shukurovich, chairman of the Board of Uzbekneftgaz JSC Sanginov Abdugani Abdurahmonovich, director of the National Institute of Metrology of Uzbekistan saidoripov lazizbek Furkatjanovich, head of the Department “Metrology, technical regulation, standardization and certification” Matyakubova Parakhat mayliyevna and professors and students took part.
This laboratory serves to form practical skills in working with modern measuring instruments for students studying in the direction of Metrology, standardization and product quality management. In the laboratory, students will have the opportunity to get acquainted with the principle of operation, procedure of application, comparison and control processes of a new generation of measuring instruments, which are widely used in industrial enterprises.
Within the framework of the event, modern approaches in the direction of comparing pressure, surface and temperature measuring instruments based on laboratory capabilities were demonstrated.
For the contribution of the rector of the Tashkent State Technical University in the development of the material technical base of the University, Saidoripov Lazizbek Furkatjanovich, director of the National Institute of Metrology of Uzbekistan, Gavrilchik Yevgeny Vladimirovich, head of Commerce at ELMETRO, and Matyokubov Azizbek Komoljonovich, head of the ELMETRO company inter-territory, were awarded with tashakkurnoma and souvenirs.
It was also agreed that after the opening, negotiations and memorandums will be signed between the parties on the prospects for further cooperation, professional development of professors, development of student practices, strengthening integration with industrial enterprises and the organization of equipment services and calibration services.
